Opportunity for PhD Researchers Not Working in Any Institution/Organization to Become Project Managers!

To postdoctoral researchers who have a PhD degree and do not work full-time/permanently in any institution/organization;

- Provided that they are approved by the senior official of the institution/organization where the project will be carried out, they have been given the opportunity to take part as project managers as of June 16, 2022, within the scope of the support programs carried out by the Research Support Programs Presidency (ARDEB) (except for 1004, 1007, and 1003). These individuals have also been given the opportunity to take part as both scholars and project managers in different projects at the same time.
